Mariah's mom called me about modeling digitals because she wanted to start building her portfolio, but the experience ended up being so much more than just a few simple photos.
We spent time creating images that felt natural, polished, and true to her personality. In addition to her digitals, we captured a variety of portraits both outside the studio and inside with our sparkle wall setup, giving her a beautiful mix of looks to choose from. That variety matters, especially for teens and tweens who are just starting to see themselves in a new way and want photos that feel current, confident, and versatile.
Her mom booked an hour-long session that included an online digital gallery, and honestly, it was such a great example of what one of my teen confidence sessions is all about. These sessions are designed to help girls feel comfortable with themselves, while also giving them the kind of images they can actually use and love. Whether it’s for a portfolio, social media, a keepsake, or just to celebrate this stage of life, the session is planned with intention so your daughter never feels awkward, unprepared, or unsure of what to do.
There are three levels to choose from, so families can pick the option that fits best, but I truly believe every teen and tween girl deserves this experience at least once. So many girls are so hard on themselves, and a portrait session like this can be a powerful reminder of how beautiful, capable, and confident they already are. It gives them a chance to see themselves differently, while also giving you gorgeous photos to treasure, share, and display proudly at home.
If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe my daughter would love this,” then she probably would. And if you didn’t even know something like this existed, now you do.
