How much does it cost?

We have four senior portrait options:

→ THE SIMPLICITY: A short one hour session. $100 session fee + $599 minimum purchase 

→ THE MOST POPULAR: a 2 hour session. $150 session fee + $999 minimum purchase 

→ THE STYLIST: a 3 hour session. $250 session fee + $1,899 minimum purchase 

→ THE SEASONS: a 4 hour session. $350 session fee + $2,799 minimum purchase 

Longer sessions equal more variety in outfits, backdrops and poses. 

Your minimum purchase can be used toward any combination of:

→ Museum-quality wall art (metal, canvas, acrylic)

→ Heirloom albums and books

→ Professional prints for family & announcements

→ High-resolution digital files with print release

→ Graduation cards and specialty products

Payment plans available for all sessions except The Simplicity.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?

We respond to emails and phone calls during daylight hours as soon as we see them. To book a meeting with us you'll find our availability on our booking link. All photoshoots are scheduled in person at those meetings. If you are curious if we have your preferred date available, just send us a message on our contact form.

Where are you located?

We take photos of seniors all over Western Pennsylvania and will travel throughout the US. Our office is located at 119 South Broad Street Grove City PA

How long will it take to receive my photos?

Typically, within 2 weeks of your session you will come back for your image reveal where you will see your images on the big screen, pick and purchase the images you love. Your printed and digital photos will be ready for pick up approx. 1-2 weeks after your purchase is paid in full.

What payment options do you accept?

We take cash, check and credit cards. We also have payment plans available upon request

Can I request specific shots or poses?

I love when clients share ideas or inspiration, it helps me understand what you're drawn to. While we may not replicate a specific pose or shot exactly, I’ll use my expertise, the unique location, and my signature style to create something tailored to you. That way, we’ll craft images that feel authentic and one-of-a-kind.

Do you travel for sessions?

Yes, I am available to travel for sessions. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location. We have a senior destination package for locations further than 2 hours outside of Grove City PA. Reach out to see what's possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your session. We save our time specifically for you so your session fee will not be refunded.

Have I booked a photoshoot with a consultation?

No. The consultation serves as an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your portrait vision, and outline our tailored process. We'll book your dedicated portrait session at the conclusion of your consultation (should you choose to move forward), with your session date officially secured upon receipt of your session fee.

What happens if it rains?

That’s easy! We will just reschedule. I always leave a few days open in case of inclement weather.

When should I book my session?

As far in advance as possible! The longer we have to plan your session the better. I recommend at least a month in advance of whatever deadline you need to meet.

 

How many photos will I see?

I take a lot but generally narrow down to the best of the best so you aren't overwhelmed looking at thousands of pictures and having to choose. For example, a 3 hour shoot, you will see around 120 photos. For a 1 hour shoot, you will see around 40 images.
