Kaylyn & Scott: A Wedding Day as Fun as They Are
It's not every day you get to photograph someone from high school all the way through to "I do," but Kaylyn has been in front of my camera more times than I can count, grad photos, family photos, prom and now their engagement and wedding day. Watching them become Mr. and Mrs. Campbell this August was the perfect full-circle moment.
The Celebration
Kaylyn and Scott tied the knot at the Pine Township social hall, and they brought their personality into every detail. Their blue and purple color scheme was vibrant and fun, totally them. The atmosphere was relaxed, joyful, and filled with the people who've been cheering them on since day one.
Arcade Couples Photos? Yes, Please.
Here's where things got really fun. Instead of the typical park or garden setting for couples photos, we headed to the arcade. Because why not? Kaylyn and Scott wanted photos that actually felt like them, and honestly, watching them laugh over air hockey and pose by the claw machines was so much better than any "standard" wedding shot. These are the photos they'll look back on and actually remember the moment, not just another staged pose.
Why I Love What I Do
There's something special about photographing the same people through different chapters of their lives. I've watched Kaylyn and Scott grow together, celebrate milestones, and now start this new adventure as a married couple. Being trusted to capture these moments, from prom to forever, never gets old.
Congrats again, Mr. and Mrs. Campbell. Thanks for letting me be part of your story.
